Terms of Service (Public Offer)

1. General Provisions
This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter — the "Offer") by Individual Entrepreneur Krasikov Alexander Olegovich (TIN: 470416413934, PSRN: 318784700294071), hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", addressed to any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber".
The subject of this Offer is providing paid access to PRO features of the INVEST OS platform (brok1.ru) — an investment platform for property selection and deal support.
Acceptance of the Offer occurs when the Subscriber makes a payment for the PRO subscription. From the moment of payment, this Offer is considered concluded between the Service Provider and the Subscriber.
2. Description of Services
PRO subscription grants access to the following platform features:
- Extended analytics and property scoring (grades A+ through D)
- ROI calculations, price forecasts, and investment strategy analysis
- PDF investment memos for properties
- Market signals and timing indicators
- Secondary market data and insights for residential complexes
- Priority AI consultation via the platform chat
The service is digital and is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Access is activated within the Subscriber's account on the platform.
3. Pricing and Payment
Subscription plans and current prices are published on the Pricing page. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices for future subscription periods.
Payment is processed via YooKassa payment system. Accepted methods: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, MIR), SBP, electronic wallets.
All prices are in Russian Rubles (RUB) and include applicable taxes.
4. Subscription Period and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are available as monthly or annual plans. The subscription period begins at the moment of successful payment.
If auto-renewal is enabled, the subscription is automatically extended at the end of the current period at the current price. The Subscriber may disable auto-renewal at any time in their dashboard.
If auto-renewal is disabled, access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account reverts to the free plan.
5. Promotional Codes and Trial Period
The Service Provider may offer promotional codes granting discounts or trial periods. Each promotional code has its own terms (validity period, number of uses, applicable plans).
A trial period provides free PRO access for a limited time. Each Subscriber may use a trial promotion only once.
6. Refund Policy
The Subscriber may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment if the PRO features have not been substantially used (in accordance with Article 26.1 of Russian Consumer Protection Law).
Refund requests are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
After 14 days or upon substantial use, refunds are made on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period, at the Service Provider's discretion.
7. Limitations of Liability
INVEST OS provides analytical tools and data for informational purposes. The platform does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. All investment decisions are made solely by the Subscriber.
The Service Provider is not liable for investment outcomes based on platform data.
